Scott Swan is an American filmmaker and screenwriter best identified for his work with director John Carpenter. ==Biography==
Scott Swan was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1970. He is the co-screenwriter of director John Carpenter's ''Masters of Horror'' episodes. ''Cigarette Burns'' and ''Pro-Life'' were produced as part of the ''Masters'' series for Showtime. He has been writing with Drew McWeeny since the two met in high school. Their plays ''Sticks & Stones'' and ''Broken Bones'' were first produced in Los Angeles in the mid 90's. They recently penned "Skin & Bones", an episode for the NBC horror/suspense anthology television series ''Fear Itself (TV series)''. Swan's most recent work is the ''Big Junior'' series. Swan calls ''Big Junior'' a filth noir about a psychotic escaped mental patient with a Lee Marvin fetish who comes to LA to do a drug deal.
